How it works

Five stages, each with a clear handover.

You always know where you are, who is responsible for the next step and what it costs before it happens. Most journeys take two to six weeks from first message to flight.

Stage by stage

What happens, and when.

  1. Stage 01 · Assess

You tell us what is going on

Send a message on WhatsApp or the form, with photos and any X-rays or reports you have. A coordinator replies the same working day and asks the questions that matter: your health, your goals, your dates.

  2. Stage 02 · Plan

A written plan, before you commit

Our dentist cofounder or the partner surgeon reviews your case. You receive a written plan naming the clinic and specialist, the number of days, what is included and an itemised price. We talk it through on a call and you take your time.

  3. Stage 03 · Travel

We arrange everything around the treatment

Once you confirm and pay the deposit, we book the clinic days, hotel and transfers, and send an itinerary. You book flights, or we help you choose them. A coordinator checks in a week before you fly.

  4. Stage 04 · Treat

Five to seven days in Istanbul

A driver meets you at the airport. Your coordinator is with you on clinic days, translates where needed and keeps the plan on track. Between appointments you rest at the hotel or see the city.

  5. Stage 05 · Aftercare

Six months of follow-up from home

You send photos at weeks 1, 2, 4, 12 and 24, and can book up to three video consultations. If something needs attention, we coordinate with the clinic so you never have to chase anyone.

Typical itineraries

How long you will be away.

Three nights

Hair restoration, crowns, smaller dental cases

Day 1 consultation, scans and tests. Day 2 treatment. Day 3 check and discharge. Fly home on day 4.

Five to seven nights

Veneers, smile makeovers, implant placement

Arrival and rest, scans and planning, preparation, try-in and fitting, with a final check before you fly. Implant cases return three to six months later for a second, similar trip.

Aftercare

Six months of follow-up, at fixed points.

Follow-ups are booked when you leave Istanbul, not when something goes wrong. Each one is a photo review with the clinic; video calls are available whenever you need them.

Your aftercare runs through the same WhatsApp conversation you started with, so the person reading your photos already knows your case.

If your UK dentist or GP needs details, we send them the treatment record: what was done, the materials or graft count, and the clinic's notes.

Money

Deposits, payment and cancellation.

Deposit

25–30% to book

A deposit secures your clinic dates and hotel. The balance is paid on arrival at the clinic, after the in-person consultation confirms your plan.

Payment

Transfer or card

Bank transfer in pounds, euros or dollars, or card through a secure payment link. You receive a receipt for every payment.

Cancellation

Clear terms

Full refund of the deposit up to 14 days before travel, 50% between 14 and 7 days, and non-refundable within 7 days. Medical reasons are considered case by case.

Questions

Travel and practicalities.

Do I need a visa for Türkiye?

British citizens can visit Türkiye without a visa for up to 90 days in any 180-day period. Your passport should be valid for at least 150 days from the date you arrive. Check the current FCDO travel advice before you book.

Should I have travel insurance?

Yes. Standard travel insurance often excludes planned treatment abroad, so look for a policy that covers it, or specialist medical travel cover. We can point you to the questions to ask.

Can I fly straight after treatment?

For most dental and hair procedures, yes, after the final check. The clinic confirms this on your last day. For larger implant surgery we usually build in an extra rest day.

What if I need to change my dates?

Tell us as early as you can. Moving dates more than 14 days before travel is usually free; within 14 days we do our best with the clinic and hotel, and any costs are explained before you agree.

Next step

Bring us your situation. We'll tell you what we'd actually do.

Send a few details and, if you have them, recent photos or an X-ray. The first conversation is free and there is no obligation to book.
